The MAACME Annual Conference is designed to meet the educational needs of CME/CPD professionals working in a variety of settings, including academic medical centers, specialty societies, medical education companies, hospitals and health care systems, and medical writing.

The Annual Conference promises to be an exciting event spanning two full days. Planned topics include program analysis, mitigation, best practices for a compliant program, preparing for reaccreditation, and incorporating AI into your daily tasks.

Normandy Farm's history as a Philadelphia area landmark spans over 200 years and has always had a tradition of excellence – from its 19th century beginnings as a popular inn and tavern to its 21st century transformation into a premier hotel and conference center. Located in the western Philadelphia suburbs near King of Prussia, Lansdale, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken and Valley Forge, PA. Normandy Farm boasts three floors and 153 exquisitely appointed King and Double Queen hotel rooms. The property also features an East & West Gatehouse, Carriage House, and original Manor House, each of which has been renovated to include a total of 49 spacious guest suites. A fitness center and indoor pool are located on the ground level in the main building.

The room rate is $179 plus taxes and fees. 

The reservation cutoff date is October 24, 2025. 

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM

Use the Group Attendee Code: MAA114 (no spaces, capitals do not matter)

  1. Go to NormandyFarm.com 
  2. click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab) 
  3. under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu
