Normandy Farm's history as a Philadelphia area landmark spans over 200 years and has always had a tradition of excellence – from its 19th century beginnings as a popular inn and tavern to its 21st century transformation into a premier hotel and conference center. Located in the western Philadelphia suburbs near King of Prussia, Lansdale, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken and Valley Forge, PA. Normandy Farm boasts three floors and 153 exquisitely appointed King and Double Queen hotel rooms. The property also features an East & West Gatehouse, Carriage House, and original Manor House, each of which has been renovated to include a total of 49 spacious guest suites. A fitness center and indoor pool are located on the ground level in the main building.

MAACME has contracted a block of sleeping rooms at Normandy Farm located at 1401 Morris Rd Blue Bell, PA 19422

The room rate is $179 plus taxes and fees. 

The reservation cutoff date is October 14, 2026. 

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM

Call Normandy Farm directly at (215) 616-8500, Option 1 and provide the Group Code: MAACME

To Book online by accessing NormandyFarm.com
Use the Group Attendee Code: MAACME (no spaces, capitals do not matter)

  1. Go to NormandyFarm.com 
  2. click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab) 
  3. under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu 
  4. click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter Group Attendee Code
  5. click “Add” to move forward, roll to bottom of screen 
  6. click “Select & Go To Next Step” 
  7. Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date 
  8. click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct 
  9. choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection 
  10. click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details 
  11. enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"
