Deadlines & Cancellation Policies
• A completed Sponsor/Exhibitor registration and payment is due two weeks prior to the conference start date.
• Sponsors/Exhibitors are considered confirmed when the registration and payment is received by MAACME.
• Should a Sponsor/Exhibitor need to cancel out of an event, please contact MAACME at maacmeinfo@gmail.com by the close of business two weeks prior to the conference start date, via email. Cancellations by this date are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. No refund after two weeks prior to the conference start date. No-shows and early departures will receive no refund.

Welcome Reception Sponsor - $2000
Includes two (2) tickets to the reception and one (1) display table at the conference for both days including electric, conference registration for two (2) representative including conference meals, company logo and link to company website on MAACME Sponsorship page and attendee mailing list.
Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor - $1800
Includes two (2) tickets to the reception and one (1) display table at the conference for both days including electric, conference registration for two (2) representative including conference meals, company logo and link to company website on MAACME Sponsorship page and attendee mailing list.
Exhibitor (Two days) - $1500
Includes one (1) display table at the conference for both days including electric, conference registration for two (2) representative including conference meals, company logo and link to company website on MAACME Sponsorship page and attendee mailing list.
Sponsor Information Distribution (no display) - $500
Placement of your printed materials and/or giveaway item with conference registration materials, company logo and link to company website on MAACME Sponsorship page
Tickets to the Welcome Reception - $35
